THE DESIGNER SPEAKS

I found a bicycle greatly improved a medical condition I had and it started me on the quest of building a more suitable machine, something that was comfortable and stable. It was a recumbent three wheeler with joystick steering and brakes first up and after several of them I diverted to four wheels as it allows a more compact and conventional looking machine and scope to try different gearing and even electric assist. A carry tray rather than pannier bags and room to develop other exotic ideas such as a canopy.
